Josh and his team are amazing! They go above and beyond to take care of their clients like family. They are extremely patient with you and will explain everything to you in detail if you ever need any clarifications. I have worked with Josh and his team for a total of 3 times now and every time it has been extremely smooth. I cant say enough about his team and their individual talents. Russel is extremely communicative and always keeps you in the loop. He made sure we were taken care of when Josh was unavailable for personal reasons. Lauren was very thorough with all the paperwork needed for underwriting and Rick made sure we were in line to close in time without any problems.
